David Doyle Electrical are currently working on the refurbishment of an existing VHI building from administration to consultation and imaging services.
Scope of Works
- The switchboard is to be fed from the existing ESB meter within the existing LV switchroom to the new building location.
- The installation of generators; comprised of control panels, day fuel tanks, a leak detection system, a fuel pipework system, interconnecting wiring, and an automatic fuel transfer system.
- A complete cable containment and support system using cable ladder, tray, trunking, conduit and support steelwork.
- Complete general and emergency lighting installation. This system includes high quality LED type luminaires, a lighting control system, and an addressable emergency LED lighting system.
- A complete small power services installation comprised of socket outlets, fused connection units, and small power services outlets.
- Installation of a security system, which includes access control, video intercom, and CCTV.
- Fire detection and alarm system
- Nurse call system
