A new electrical plantroom will be constructed externally at Second Floor level. The electrical services works will also include all necessary decommissioning, isolation, and diversions of existing services to facilitate strip out works. The electrical services installations include:
- Decommissioning Isolation
- Disconnection, and removal of existing services.
- New 400V/ 3 Ph. mains power connection to the existing main distribution board.

- Automatic Fire Detection and Alarm
