Project Overview
Full Electrical Services Installation of a Development which progressed in two Phases.

Phase 1:
Consisted of New Retail Units, Apartments, & Site Lighting Services. The Electrical Services Installation included:
- Distribution
- Lighting
- Emergency Lighting
- Fire Alarm
- Intruder Alarm
- & Video Intercom Access Control System.
This project was carried out near a residential area so particular attention was paid to noise control, & continuous liaison with the developer to ensure minimum disruption to the residential area.
Phase 2:
Phase 2 of this project is currently ongoing but will consist of the following, Underground Car Park, Retail Units, Offices, Apartments, & Site Lighting Services. The Electrical Services Installation includes:
- Distribution
- Lighting
- Emergency Lighting
- Fire Alarm
- Intruder Alarm
- & Video Intercom Access Control System
- Automatic Gate Entry System linked to each Apartment, Office, & Retail Unit.
