There were a number of phases of works completed on site in preparation for the iHUB fit out phase of the project.

The building area was handed over whilst the existing contractor continued to finish the builders works contract. Clear construction zones were set up during the project and David Doyle Electrical operated within this zone. The iHUB fit out included the floor area was handed over as a shell & core finish so works included Builders work and Full Mechanical & Electrical fit out.
